Glenn E. Weadock, MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, MCT, A+, is the president of ISI, which he founded in 1982 after graduating from Stanford University's engineering school. ISI provides consulting and training services in the IT field with a focus on Microsoft networking technologies.

As a consultant to the legal profession, Glenn advised the U.S. Justice Dept. in the Microsoft antitrust case and was also an expert witness. Glenn also consulted and/or testified in the patent cases IBM v. Amazon and Charles E. Hill & Associates v Amazon.Com Inc., America Online Inc., Buy.com Inc., et al.

Author of 18 commercial books and 2 electronic books, Glenn has written several books in the famous "Dummies" series, as well as books on Dreamweaver, MCSE certification, and the Windows Registry. Glenn is a Microsoft-Certified Trainer, Microsoft-Certified System Engineer, Microsoft-Certified System Administrator, and a CompTIA-certified A+ technician. He developed several seminars and video courses for Data-Tech Institute, co-authored two Microsoft Official Curriculum courses on Windows Server 2008, and has taught PC and LAN troubleshooting and support to thousands of students in the US, UK, Canada, and Southeast Asia.

Glenn currently teaches several Microsoft seminars for Global Knowledge. His most recent venture is MarketCoach, a retail software product providing novice and intermediate investors with fundamental market knowledge.

Mark B. Wilkins is President of 3377831 Canada Inc., operating as Wilkins Systems Inc., a Canada-wide computer systems analysis and consulting firm he founded in 1987. Wilkins Systems provides technical education, system analysis, network installations and computer support services to managers, system administrators and end users. Mark has designed, installed and supported many computer networks and computer systems across Canada and the US. He is fluent with INF file scripting, system policy design, and Active Directory.
